Step 01 · Cut the deck

The floor is divided into zones before anyone steps on it

The model is split along pour breaks, column lines and bay boundaries into zones sized for one crew's day. Each zone carries its own bar list, its own tonnage and its own sequence. The drone sweep confirms the zone boundaries against the deck as built, so the split reflects the real slab, not the drawing's idea of it.

Step 02 · Slice the drawings

Crew 03 gets Crew 03's sheet — nothing else

The structural set is cut per zone. What lands on the crew's tablet is one plan of their bay with the bar marks called out, the schedule filtered to those marks, the lap lengths and cover notes that apply, and the placing order. No hunting through S1.11 to S1.34 to find out whether the bay takes a #5 or a #4.

Step 03 · Match the steel

The bars are already bundled for the zone that needs them

Bundles are banded and tagged at the fabricator against the same zone split, so a tag is a crew number, not a shop reference. The drone reads the tags on the laydown and records where each bundle actually sits. When Crew 03 opens their sheet it says which bundles are theirs and where on the deck to find them — no crane call to shuffle steel that was dropped in the wrong bay.

Step 04 · Run the day

One board, one number per crew, updated from the air

A zone flips to checked only after a drone sweep confirms spacing, cover and lap against the slice that crew was issued. The crew number then releases to the next open zone.
